Lesia works in partnership with Yacht Management companies to enhance and complement the services that they offer. We are able to provide the Yacht Manager with a proactive service by making use of our state of the art software programme. Whilst Lesia provides the Seafarers Employment Agreement, (SEA), we also provide HR support, the efficient payment of crew salaries, collection of crew data or certification recording and monitoring of expiry dates, where required.
We have in house expertise on what is required under the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006, (MLC, 2006), and have developed robust procedures on disciplinary issues and complaints procedures in line with the requirements under the convention.
