Lesia works in partnership with Yacht Management companies to enhance the services that they offer to their clients. We are able to provide the Yacht Manager with a proactive service by making use of our state of the art software programme.

Whether it is proving the Seafarers Employment Agreement, HR support, the efficient payment of crew salaries or collection of crew data, certification recording and monitoring of expiry dates, Lesia is able to complement the services that the Management Company provides to Yacht Owners.

We also have in house expertise on what is required under the Maritime Labour Convention 2006 (MLC 2006) especially in the areas of the SEA and on Social Security. We have developed robust procedures on disciplinary issues and complaints procedures in line with the requirements under the convention.
